Lara Olson

Lara joined Luminary in 2025 to support the advancement of its γδ T cell therapy platform. She earned her BS in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin in 2015, where she later served as a research assistant and lab manager in the Miller Lab, investigating genome instability and the role of Bromodomain proteins in the DNA damage response. Lara brings extensive experience in CAR-T cell development, having contributed to the evolution of Bio-Techne’s TcBuster transposase platform through close collaboration with research and preclinical teams to design and engineer CAR-T cells. She also played a pivotal role at LEAH Labs, where she focused on developing immunotherapies for canine lymphoma.
