Leslie Jonart, M.S., is a Senior Manager of Cell Therapy Manufacturing with more than twenty years of experience spanning cancer biology, immunology, translational research, and the development of adoptive cellular immunotherapies. Her career has focused on advancing immune cell engineering from early discovery through clinical manufacturing, with particular expertise in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for engineered T-cell therapies.

Her current interests include optimization of CAR T-cell manufacturing, development of γδ T-cell therapies, implementation of automated manufacturing technologies, and translational process development supporting early-phase clinical trials. She brings a unique combination of scientific, technical, and operational expertise that enables efficient translation of laboratory discoveries into reproducible clinical manufacturing processes.
